Terms of Use
Last updated 11 October 2026
By creating an account or using KinUGC (kinugc.com.au and the KinUGC app) you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Beta
KinUGC is in beta. Features may change, and we may occasionally be unavailable while we improve things.
Using KinUGC
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and give accurate information.
- Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- KinUGC introduces creators and brands. Agreements about the work, payment and usage rights are made directly between the creator and the brand.
- KinUGC doesn't currently process payments. Payment is agreed and made directly between the brand and the creator.
Content you post
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to display it on KinUGC so the marketplace can work.
- Stats and ad results must be honest. Don't exaggerate your reach or results.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
You must not post content, or behave in a way, that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, misleading, fraudulent or spam. Anyone can report a profile or brief, and block other users. We review reports promptly, and we remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Emails and notifications
We send emails needed to run your account, such as password resets and updates on your applications and briefs. If you allow it, the app also sends push notifications, which you can turn off in your device settings.
Fees
KinUGC is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you before any charges apply.
Liability
We provide KinUGC “as is”. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we're not liable for the dealings between creators and brands, or for losses arising from them.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
